Samsung to launch corn-made eco-friendly mobile phones

Here comes a good news for those who pass sleepless nights thinking how can they do their bit to save mother Earth. One option can be that instead of using your good old mobile phone, you can opt for these eco-friendly cell phones that Samsung will come out in near future.

What makes these phones eco-friendly is the fact that they are made up of all natural corn flour and will be launched in Korea to begin with the ‘green mobile revolution.

Christened as Samsung SCH-W510 has everything ‘green’ about it! Right from the battery cover to other parts that are made out of natural-dissolved bio-plastic constructed from corn starch and other materials that are touted as perfect friends to the environment.
Apart from that company applies other eco-friendly materials such as anti-bacterial surface coatings to minimize harmful effects of mobile handsets on the nature and the human body.

First of it’s kind from Samsung the W-510 the only mobile in the world that’s made sans using any kind of heavy metals from the likes of lead, mercury, cadmium etc. We hope the mobiles are priced in a god range so that most of the users can afford it and do their bit of effort to save the earth.
